Energy and Sustainability statements are required by local authorities to assist a planning application for a proposed development. Our energy consultants can help to outline predicted energy and carbon emission rates through detailed analysis, software modelling, and simulations.

Sustainability indicators such as BREEAM can also be included within the report. A BREEAM pre-assessment can be used to indicate the potential rating achievable by the proposed development. Elements that require inclusion within the detailed design phased can be provided, as well as advice to improve the BREEAM rating of the proposed development.
